- Evaluate your property for our Principal Corporate Tenant (Master Lease) program.

To comply with Canadian data sovereignty preferences, our primary CRM and portal databases are hosted on secure servers located within North America, heavily prioritizing Canadian data centers where available.
7. Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
We are fully compliant with CASL. When you provide your email address to request a report or Yield Audit, you are providing express consent to receive that document and relevant follow-up commercial electronic messages (CEMs). You may seamlessly unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, and your request will be honored within 10 business days.
8. Data Retention and Accuracy
We retain personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is accurate and up-to-date.
